Hi, my name is Vicky Kennard. I have been teaching Mathematics for over 20 years in the UK and Australia. Although most of my experience is in grades 7 – 12 in the last few years I have also been working in the lower grades. I am presently studying for my PhD at Monash University, Melbourne looking at using algebra tiles to teach secondary algebra. I am also consulting in schools, helping them with their numeracy/mathematics programs.
I have a passion for maths and teaching maths and love to use manipulatives in my teaching.
